The terms that govern your use of BastionSSH.

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using BastionSSH (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of BastionSSH ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to your use of the App on any Apple device and govern the relationship between you and us, not between you and Apple. Apple is not a party to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal or internal business purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

BastionSSH is a tool for managing SSH connections to servers and systems that you are authorized to access. You agree to use the App only to connect to systems for which you have explicit authorization. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any systems you access.
You agree not to use the App to:
Unauthorized access to computer systems may be a criminal offense. We reserve the right to terminate your license if we become aware of prohibited use.
The App is made available through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service, which you agree to when you create an Apple ID or use the App Store. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms will control with respect to the App Store relationship.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Any claims relating to the App — including product liability claims, failure to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or claims under consumer protection or similar legislation — are solely our responsibility and not Apple's.
The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The BastionSSH name and logo are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. The App is designed to keep your data local; please review the Privacy Policy for full details. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described therein.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER HARM THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
